Hello everyone - first post and i'm hoping someone may be able to help out
I have just had my mini back from the restore shop, and wanted to try and fix this issue myself if I could, otherwise it will be done under warranty by my restorer guy.
Breif detail: My clutch pedal is fighting against me. Initially suspected a hydraulics issue so a full bleed of the system and a re-dot4 revealed that the master cylinder was pumping air into the lines, so the master cylinder was replaced. however this has not resolved the issue - it has made the issue a bit better but it has not gone away completely. (now there are no airlocks and no air being pumped into the system)
To try and describe it; the bite point moves, and if I ride the clutch a little when accelerating and decelerating, I can feel it fighting back against my foot. it's really difficult to explain, but all I can describe it as, is the bite point moving under load and unload of power.
